Marvel’s New Warriors has cast its warrior heroes. The part of Squirrel Girl has been given to This is Us actress Milana Vayntrub. This part was especially coveted, with Stranger Things actress Shannon Purser and Parenthood’s Mae Whitman itching for the role. Other cast picks include Derek Theler as Mister Immortal, Jeremy Tardy as Night Thrasher, Calum Worthy as Speedball, Matthew Moy as Microbe and Kate Comer as Debrii.
New Warriors will be on Freeform, which is owned by Disney, along with the upcoming Cloak and Dagger. Look for New Warriors to launch a while from now in 2018.
