Actor Kevin Heffernan announced this week that Super Troopers 2 has finished wrapping. The original 2001 film has become a cult classic and, with the help of rabid fans, the sequel had been crowdsourced $4.4 million for production expenses.
Heffernan added that Fox Searchlight has been given the film and that fans will be the first to know the film’s release date.
