TITANFALL [Review]: Prepare to.. Drrrrrrrrrropp!!

DROP ZONE

My biggest gripe with Titanfall has to be the lack of customization. I want stickers, I want to choose my armor variants, and dammit I want to choose colors! Where everything else seems custom-tailored to a genuinely thought-out player experience, this lack of personalization just seems like a silly oversight. I’m absolutely excited to see what the future holds for this game as the community can only get better, with season pass (absolutely welcoming any and all DLC!) content on its way in the near future.

Oh, just another friendly game of Titanfall.
Oh, just a friendly game of ba.. Titanfall.

Overall, Respawn Entertainment’s Titanfall feels like a heartfelt love letter to the Xbox One multiplayer community. You purchased your console, and here is your killer app[etizer, dinner and dessert]. The game has its flaws in its short-yet-satisfying campaign and lack of custom pilots and Titans, yet its merits far outweigh the negatives. An FPS gamer of any stripe owes it to themselves to experience the terrific gameplay found in this gem, and it’s not to be overlooked by any Xbox One owner.

Please don’t be the one on the pharcyde looking in.
