HORIZON FORBIDDEN WEST [Review]: A Beautiful, Bloated Adventure.

When Horizon Zero Dawn didn’t win GOTY in 2017, I teared up. When I revisited Zero Dawn in preparation for the sequel, I discovered the game wasn’t as strong as I remembered. THE GHOUL AGENCY [Comic Review]: Monsters, Inc.

Cleverly blending a young adult tone, fantasy, and (rather amusingly) the doldrum of corporate synergy, The Ghoul Agency is a fun, inventive, and well-paced introduction to a world in which the legions of monsters in existence might need a marketing assist from one of the leading marketers in the world: Ghoul Agency. Despite being a …

PWG BATTLE OF LOS ANGELES 2022 [Review]: Red Death Redemption.

Following a two-year hiatus, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla's famed Battle of Los Angeles tournament has returned. Instead of the traditional three nights, we got two-- both to a rambunctious, sold-out Globe Theater crowd in downtown LA. Here's a quick re-cap and mini-review of all the weekend action.
